Lead Return Policy
Take advantage of our fair and easy return policy that gives agents credit for invalid leads. We provide you with a full 10 days to return a lead in which after that, a refund does not qualify for a refund in credit.
We can credit your account FULL PRICE for the following reasons:
- All numbers provided are disconnected, a fax number or wrong number
- The contact information is obviously incorrect upon initial inspection (Mickey Mouse, asdf asdf, etc)
- Lead is a duplicate already received received within the past 30 days
- Contact is another agent / buyer testing the system
- Contact is a student researching a school project
- A language barrier exists with the contact
Please allow up to 10 business days to process a lead for credit. Credits for leads covered under the Return Policy are applied towards your account balance immediately and are good towards future lead purchases. Please note that we can only credit for the reasons listed above.
This Return Policy is guided by Fair and Reasonable practices and it not in place to be abused. We do reform audits on refunded leads and we hold the right to block accounts refunds if flagged for defrauding or abusing this policy.
We will not return credits in the following circumstances:
- The cell number has been verified
- You make contact with a customer, but do not secure the job
- The number is valid but the customer does not answer
